License Agreement
Please read this license agreement carefully before using Kyros.

1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Kyros grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kyros software application ("Software") solely for your business logistics and document management activities.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Kyros and title thereto remains exclusively with Kyros. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the Software are and shall remain in Kyros.
4. Service Disclaimer
Kyros provides logistics automation and document management tools for operational purposes. The Software does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You should carefully consider your business requirements and operational needs before using the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. KYROS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL KYROS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Kyros may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
