From operators to builders

Possivel started as a transport company on the Harare–Beira Corridor — hauling lithium, chrome, and general cargo across Southern Africa's busiest trade routes.

The gap was obvious: no software existed for the way Southern African transport actually works. Border delays, multi-currency invoicing, offline zones, paper permits — nothing handled it.

So we built Kyros. Launched at the UNDP Lithium Value Addition Challenge in November 2025 — because Zimbabwe's lithium boom needs transport infrastructure that actually works.

We are Customer #1. Every feature was field-tested on our own fleet before it shipped. Now we're onboarding new trucking companies across the region.

The Beginning
Possivel founded. First truck on the Harare–Beira Corridor hauling lithium and chrome.

The Gap
Built internal fleet tools. Realised no software existed for how Southern African transport actually works.

The Launch
Kyros v1 launched at the UNDP Lithium Value Addition Challenge. First external fleet onboarded.

Founded Possivel after running logistics operations in Southern Africa. Built Kyros because no existing platform understood how African transport actually works.

Oversees business strategy and operations across all Possivel ventures. Drives partnerships with mining companies and transport operators across the region.

Workshop Manager

Manages fleet maintenance and vehicle operations. Every maintenance feature in Kyros was built from his daily requirements.

Johnson Sithole
Finance Manager

Runs invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking for Possivel Transport. The finance module was built to replace his spreadsheets.

Daniel Simoya
Procurement Manager

Handles vehicle parts, fuel procurement, and vendor relationships. Compliance tracking in Kyros comes directly from his document management needs.

Lloyd Dingwiza
HR Manager

Manages employees, attendance, leave, and payroll for the transport team. The HRMS module was built for his 50+ employee roster.

We're a small team that ships weekly. Every feature was built because someone on this team needed it.
