How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to deliver and improve the Kyros platform:

• Providing core platform services — fleet management, shipment tracking, compliance, HR, and finance tools
• Personalising your experience — smart suggestions, recent items, and relevant defaults
• Platform improvements — understanding usage patterns to build better features
• Communications — service updates, security alerts, and support responses

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is yours.

Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• Database — your operational data is stored on Neon PostgreSQL, a secure, managed database service with encryption at rest
• Authentication — user accounts and sessions are managed by Clerk, an enterprise-grade authentication provider with built-in security protections
• Hosting — the platform is hosted on modern cloud infrastructure with TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Access controls — role-based permissions ensure users only access data relevant to their role

Data Sharing

We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (database hosting, authentication, analytics) — bound by strict data processing agreements
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• With your consent, such as when you invite team members or share shipment data with transport partners

Your Rights

You have full control over your personal data. You may:
