Terms of Service — Kyros

1. The Service

Kyros is a logistics and transport management platform operated by Possivel Technologies (Private) Limited, registered in Zimbabwe. The platform provides fleet management, shipment tracking, document processing, HR management, finance, and related tools for transport and logistics companies. Access to Kyros is provided on a subscription basis, with pricing agreed during the sales process.

2. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate information when creating a Kyros account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of team members you invite. Each user must have their own login — account sharing is not permitted. You must not use Kyros to process data that belongs to organisations you are not authorised to represent.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Kyros for legitimate logistics, transport, and fleet management purposes. You may not use Kyros to process data for organisations without authorisation, to conduct fraudulent transactions, to circumvent compliance requirements, or to violate applicable laws. You may not attempt to access other organisations' data within the platform. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.

4. Your Data

You own the operational data you enter into Kyros — your fleet records, shipment data, HR data, and financial records. Possivel does not claim ownership of your data. You grant Possivel a licence to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to operate the service. We will not use your operational data for purposes beyond operating the platform.

5. Document Processing

When you upload documents for processing, you confirm that you have the right to submit those documents and the information they contain. The document field extraction is automated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before using it in compliance filings or other official contexts.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain platform availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, force majeure events). We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of unplanned downtime.

7. Pricing and Payment

Subscription pricing is agreed during the sales process. Invoices are issued as per the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in account suspension after reasonable notice. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kyros is a tool to assist with logistics operations. Possivel is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using information from the platform, border delays caused by factors outside documented processing errors, regulatory compliance failures where the platform's compliance data was not acted upon promptly, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Zimbabwe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
